About Us
Hi! I’m Tim Ward, President and Lead Creative.
I started Desert Trails Design & Technology in June 2009. Yes, this company is young but the people that work for it have over 12 years of combined website design, development and Internet marketing experience as well as print design, multi-media, direct marketing, databases, web application development and project management experience. It’s also a small business so we know how tough it is out there for other small businesses and what it takes to survive.
Why did I start this business?
Well, for years I worked for other companies in marketing and also helped other start-ups and small businesses with multi-media and web projects. Most of which were in a bad spot because they either had a website that wasn’t working for them or didn’t understand what it took to have a good, functioning and marketable website. Because of that, a majority of those that had paid for existing websites, before I took over, really didn’t have a chance against their competitors.
I felt that because of a lack of knowledge, they did not receive what they should have. And to me, that isn’t right!
So I decided to start Desert Trails Design & Technology with a passion to give our clients websites that look good and are truly competitive.
